洛陽龍鼎鋁業(yè)有限公司(簡稱“龍鼎鋁業(yè)”)是一個以生產(chǎn)鋁板帶箔為主的鋁精深加工企業(yè)。公司現(xiàn)位于河南省新型工業(yè)化示范基地伊川產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)東園，公司始建于2010年，占地面積1000畝，設(shè)計年產(chǎn)能60萬噸，總投資42億元。2011年7月8日開始投產(chǎn)，已實現(xiàn)22條鑄軋生產(chǎn)線、10條冷軋生產(chǎn)線、8條箔軋、9條親水/涂層生產(chǎn)線的投產(chǎn)。目前已累計完成投資34億元，形成年產(chǎn)40萬噸鋁板帶箔產(chǎn)能。
Luoyang Longding Aluminum Industries Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Longding Aluminum") is an aluminum deep-processing enterprise that mainly produces aluminum plate, strip and foil. Longding Aluminum is located in the East Park of Yichuan Industrial Cluster Area, a new industrialization demonstration base in Henan Province. Founded in 2010, Longding Aluminum covers an area of 666,000 m2, and has been put into operation since July 8, 2011. Now, we have 22 casting and rolling production lines, 10 cold rolling production lines, 8 foil rolling and 9 hydrophilic / coating production lines. At present, we have invested 3.4 billion yuan and achieved an annual production capacity of 400,000 tons of aluminum sheet, strip and foil.
Longding Aluminum has advanced cold rolling, roll casting and coating production processes in the aluminum producing industry and the first Hazelett production line (continuous casting and rolling) in China.
Our Technology R&D Center was awarded as the aluminum sheet, strip and foil engineering technology research center, and obtained 5 patents. Longding Aluminum was also awarded CNAS national laboratory certification, ISO9001 (quality), ISO14001 (environment) and three system certifications of GB / T28001(occupational health and safety), as well as US FDA certification for the food industry, KOSHER certification for the Jewish region, ROSH, REACH testing and MSDS certification for Germany, Europe and America. Longding Aluminum foil won the title of Henan Famous Brand awards.
Our products cover 1, 3, 5, 6 and 8 series alloys and are widely used in household appliance, electronic communication, transportation, medicine, instrument packaging, printing, chemical industry, building material, decoration and other industries. Our Products are exported to Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, India, Australia, the United States, Mexico, the Middle East, the European Union, South America and other countries and regions, enjoying a high reputation. According to the China Aluminum Industry Export Data released by the General Administration of Customs in 2016, the export of aluminum foil products (regular guage foils) with a thickness of 0.01 mm to 0.2 mm produced by Longding Aluminum reached 48,500 tons, accounted for 14.3% of the country's total exports and ranked first that year.
